SteubenParade in NY on 5th Ave

Our Brooke was part in the Parade in September as a German young Princess on the Plattdeutsch Float. It was a beautiful day in NY City and all the Germans came to celebrate their Heritage . Feuerwehr Marching Band and other Bavarian Marching bands from Germany and the Hofbraeuhaus , Warsteiner Beer ,Pauliner Oktoberfest Beer Floats. A Old German Fire engine and a Traby was part of the Parade.
In the Central park the October fest was wonderful, good Bratwurst and Beer made it everything just so WUNDERBAR.

Hockey Girl Brooke

my Granddaughter Brooke is such a sports person. Beside Dancing , Soccer, she also plays Ice Hockey on a all boys team. She loves when she scores and the boys having a hard time to get the pug into the net.
So you all watch out , this Girl will be on the female ice hockey Olympic team in about 10 years.

Snow in Texas

Believe it or not...we had the most Snow in 100 years.It was the first time in 18 years that I had to shovel snow from my driveway. We had 12 inches of heavy wet snow. Lucky it was my day of from flying. because many flights gotten canceled and Crews were stuck in outstadions.
I was able to enjoy the Texas Winter Wonderland right from my window....

Summer Lyn turns 4 on July 12

Happy 4th Birthday to our beautiful granddaughter Summer Lyn. It is hard to believe that she is turning 4 already. She is such a delightful child , very much into singing and dancing. Her face lites up when she hears music , believe me, when she gets old enough she will be on Broadway.

It is in her blood, her beautiful Mom was a dancer and singer , Country is her style, Summer will find hers.

Christian's 2nd Birthday

Today is my Grandson's 2.nd Birthday. It only seems like yesterday that I held a 4 day old in my arms , held him and cuddled with him, so he could get some sleep. The little one grew up so fast into this beautiful boy , blue eyes , blond hair and his smile , that everyone that meets him, just falls in love with him.
God bless little Boys....
